Now is the time to book a fused glass experience.
The process for an experience:
Health and Safety during the session.
Discuss your idea
Create a basic drawing of the design
Identifying the pieces of glass to be used for the design including cutting separate pieces of glass that will make up the design.
Additional embelishments such as dots, frit or paint.
Additing metal embelishments for hooks if necessary.
Designing the piece and using special glue to ensure your masterpiece remains intact before it can be transferred into the kiln.
What I will do.
Your masterpiece will be taken away to be finished in the kiln.
Your masterpiece with then be fired in the kin for approximately 24 hours up to 35 hours depending on the piece, shape and size.
Once the kiln has cooled and the masterpiece is cool enough to be removed from the kiln, it will need to be cleaned.
It will then be finsihed with any string, ribbon, wire etc, depending on your piece.
The masterpiece will then be available to either collect or delivered (depending on location).
