This is a truly unique piece, lovingly and sensitively crafted by hand and fired within the kiln for approximately 18 hours. 

This heart can be created with clear glass or capturing a specific colour of your choice and encapsulating a small amount of cremation ashes within the heart. The ashes will be subtly visible. 

How it works:
You will place your order.
You will then receive a letter in the post with instructions and a prepaid envelope to return a small portion of ashes. 
Once I receive the ashes I will create a unique keepsake for you and return your lovingly and sensitively created piece back to you in a presentation box. 

If you require more than one, they will all be different due to the handmade design and glass melting kiln process.  This makes each piece unique, individual one of a kind and priceless.

As you can imagine it is important to consider the timescales for intially obtaining the ashes and then producing the piece. However, if you do require an urgent piece, please contact me at GlassintheBox@proton.me for further information. Additional charges may apply for urgent orders.

To keep this looking lovely, wipe gently with a damp cloth and dry with a cotton cloth.

Handle with care,  this product is made from fusing glass and may be breakable.

In the unfortunate instance that you break your glass, it is important to remember this is glass and may have sharp pieces.

I am sure you will be extremely happy with your order and will proudly display in your home or garden. However, If you are not entirely happy with your product you may return the item within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It must be returned in its orignal packaging and original unused condition.  If you are returning for a refund,  this piece is personalised and handmade with personal inclusions, therefore I am unable to resale and will be required to dispose of the goods. Therefore, a 60% surcharge for the cost of all shipping and materials will be deducted from the refund of the sale price.
